Accessibility Standards for Business

In January of 2012 public, non-profit and private sector organizations and businesses with at least one employee in Ontario will have to have a plan for how they will provide customer services that are accessible to persons with disabilities.
Businesses with more than 20 employees are required to report online in 2012 on how they have planned to meet the Legislation.
We will work with business to help them develop a plan to meet Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07
